1. Overview

This website is operated by svichka.house. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to svichka.house. By using our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and merchants.

2. Products & Orders

All of our candles are handmade to order in Denmark.
Please allow 2–3 business days for production before shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in [DKK/EUR] and do not include VAT (MOMS), as we are not VAT registered.

• We accept major payment methods through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

• Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

4. Shipping

• We ship exclusively within the European Union.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Orders within Denmark qualify for free shipping on purchases over 1,000 DKK.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

5. Refunds & Returns

As all candles are handmade to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided that production has not yet started.

After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, logos, product descriptions, designs) is the intellectual property of svichka.house and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and deliver high-quality handmade items. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by shipping services,

• Minor variations in color or shape due to the handmade nature of our products,

• Any indirect or incidental damages.
